Michael W. Michaud, CPA

mike@mwmcpa.com Michael Michaud is the owner of the firm that bears his name. He has been practicing as a CPA, either in partnership form or solely, since 1984.  With over 20 years in public accounting, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas pertaining to small business issues. These would include:   Auditing Business Accounting Tax Services Financial Consulting Services  Automating Bookkeeping Systems Internal Operational Reviews  As a former agent with the Internal Revenue Service, Mike offers extensive tax and audit experience. Mike also offers cash management services to businesses and individuals.   Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ryan R. LaQuerre, CPA

rlaquerre@mwmcpa.com Ryan joined the firm in 1998 and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 2001.  Ryan is responsible for providing a diverse range of tax and accounting services for the firm's clients including preparation of financial statements, corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.  Ryan is also a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. Ryan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA).
